Statement

I am an illustrator, print artist and writer. I create editioned artist’s books, picture books for children, wordless books and fine art prints. My practice explores the interplay between words, pictures, and stories. It is cross-disciplinary. I also write and illustrate books for children. I worked as a primary school teacher for 12 years before transitioning to a full-time practice as a professional artist. I use this previous experience now in a free-lance capacity and run print workshops for adults and art camps for children.
