Belle-Pilar Fleming is a printmaker and textile artist based in the United States. She holds a BA in Psychology from Warren Wilson College, and an MFA in Printmaking from Ohio University.

Drawing heavily from research practices based in the social sciences, her work focuses on the lived experiences of individuals across a spectrum of identity and place. Drawing heavily from archival source material, she investigates the role of the artists as a community historian and the sociocultural contexts which shape our behaviour. Much of her recent work has focused on aspects of queer history and identity within the United States.

During her residency, she is working with the Irish queer archive to create a series of prints focused on the history and legacy of Miss Alternative Ireland
