Biography
Hanna Isseyegh is a Print maker and Arts Educator based in Dublin. In 2022 she graduated from Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Dublin with a BA honours Degree in Art. Her work has been exhibited in many group shows including Chaos/Order DLR Lexicon in 2023.
Statement
Hanna Isseyegh is a visual artist whose work explores and challenges social ideals of being a mother. Her work confronts the myth of the perfect mother by making visual the hidden complexities of the maternal experience. She explores the conflict between the seen and the unseen, between the public representation and the lived experience of mothering.
